You left yourself behind a long time ago to survive. Seven weeks to find her, and bring her back home.

Are You a Fatherless Daughter?

It doesn’t only mean your father was gone. It means he was absent, unavailable, addicted, or emotionally checked out.
Maybe he was physically there, but never really with you. And somewhere in that gap, you learned things no child should have to learn that:
your feelings mattered less than everyone else’s;
love had to be earned;
the safest thing you could do was make yourself useful, keep the peace, and never take up too much space.
You didn’t choose people pleasing or perfectionism. It was installed — in a home where the wrong words could mean chaos. And the safest thing a girl could do was disappear.

That wiring didn’t stay in childhood. It followed you into your relationships, your work, your marriage, your mothering. It’s still running now.
Maybe you’ve done therapy. Read the books. Listened to the podcasts. You know something is off — but knowing hasn’t been enough to change it. That’s not a willpower problem. That’s a subconscious belief that hasn’t shifted yet.
Does any of this sound familiar?

You’re the strong one, the capable one, the one everyone leans on — and no one knows how tired you are
You say yes when your whole body is saying no
You’ve spent so long managing everyone else’s feelings you’ve lost track of your own
You can’t shake the feeling that you’re somehow not enough — no matter what you achieve
You keep choosing the same kind of relationship, the same kind of disappointment, and you don’t know why
You’ve been waiting for permission to want your own life
If you felt that in your chest and not just in your head — keep reading. This was built for you.
You’ll Walk Away With

Clarity about your own patterns — you’ll finally see the survival strategy you’ve been running, and understand why you do the things you’ve judged yourself for
Understanding of your father’s patterns — and how they shaped who you became, who you chose, and what you’ve settled for
The ability to shift the belief, not just name it — through RTT, we go beneath the behaviour to where “I’m not enough” was first wired, and change it at the source
Language for what you’ve carried without words — and the strange relief of discovering you are not the only one, and you were never broken
Self-trust you can actually feel — the lived knowing that you can hear yourself, choose for yourself, and stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable
The capacity to decide — to make choices that are fulfilling to you, from freedom instead of fear

This isn’t a program about understanding your past more thoroughly. You can do that alone, forever, and never change. This is about what becomes possible when the belief being driven by the pattern finally shifts.
I know this from the inside
I grew up between Australia and Canada as a child of alcoholics. Nobody taught me boundaries because nobody around me had anything but loud voices.
I learned that the safest thing a girl could do is disappear. So I did ... piece by piece, year by year. From party girl, to a 28-year government job, to a performance of 'fine'.
When I gave up booze in 2020, I thought that was the hard part. It wasn't. The hard part was meeting the woman I'd been abandoning for 40 years.
I am not a hypnotherapist or coach who studied dysfunction and healing from a textbook. I am the daughter who raised herself and abandoned herself. And I still get to do the work! And that ... is my primary credential.
So I quit the cage of complacency. Because underneath the drinking and the disappearing was the belief I'd been running from my whole life: that I didn't belong.
I joined a swim club at sixty. Naked in the showers, hips and thighs that will never make it to Instagram, damn proud of myself anyway. That's belonging. Not shrinking small enough to be allowed in ... walking in as you are, and the room holds you.
That's what I'm building. Rooms where women belong.
Nobody else has to change for your life to change. Not your mother. Not your marriage. Not the father who wasn't there.
Just you. Deciding.

THIS ISN'T FOR EVERYONE
I’ll be honest about this — because your time, money and energy matter, and so does mine. To join, you need to meet me here:
You are ready to do the work, not just understand it
You are willing to look inward, not stay stuck in blame
You want transformation, not just information (there are podcasts for that)
You can commit to showing up for the calls, for yourself, for the other women in the room
The real entry point is this: you know something has to change ... not because someone told you to, but because your WHY is finally bigger than your fear. That readiness is where the work begins.
HAVE QUESTIONS?
Yes. Fatherless doesn't only mean he was gone. It can mean he was there, but absent, addicted, unpredictable, or emotionally checked out. If you've been wondering whether your situation was "bad enough," that question is usually your answer.
If you're on the waitlist, you'll get the best deal. If you missed out on the waitlist, then you can join as an early bird. Regular price starts October 14. All prices are in Canadian dollars. You can pay in full, or choose a 2-pay or 3-pay plan at checkout. Click on "Get Started" to see the details
75 minutes, once a week, for 7 weeks. We start on time and leave room at the end for conversation.
5pm Pacific time is anticipated. We'll confirm the final time and day of week together before we begin.
Yes, most of each call is recorded, so you won't miss the teaching. The final 15 minutes are off the record. That's our space for deeper, personal sharing, and it stays in the room.
Life happens. Catch the recording, and bring your questions to the next call or email me.
Never. You can listen for as long as you need to. Most women find their voice in their own time, and that's part of the work.
75 minutes for the weekly call, plus as much time as you want to put into it during the week, to practice different physical or reflective exercises.
No. It's group coaching and group hypnotherapy, a place to shift beliefs and patterns together. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a mental health professional.
Come to the first call. If it isn't for you, email me before our Week 2 call and I'll refund everything you've paid, minus a $97 admin fee. No hard feelings, and no questions asked.
Send me an email me at janine@healthsparks.ca and ask away, or we can organize a quick call.
